THE FOUNDATION BOARD
Tasks of the board
According to the bylaws, the Board of Directors consists of at least three and no more than five members.
It represents the foundation and oversees its day-to-day operations.
The Executive Board currently consists of four members:

The Board is responsible in particular for the following tasks:
- Administration of the foundation's assets in accordance with the articles of association
- Decisions on the use of funds for the fulfillment of the foundation's purpose
- Recording of the foundation's assets as well as its income and expenditures
- Presentation of an annual financial statement with an overview of the measures supported
- Report on the fulfillment of the foundation's purpose to the foundation authority
- Notification of any change in the composition of the board of directors to the foundation authority
- Notification of changes to the articles of association, cooperation with other foundations and authorities
