THE FOUNDATION BOARD
Tasks of the board
According to the articles of association, the executive board consists of at least three and a maximum of five persons. It represents the foundation and organizes the operational activities of the foundation.
Currently, the board of management consists of four persons:
f.l.t.r.: Jürgen Schmid, Claudia Scherzinger, Hannelore Presch, Hubert Bosch
The Board is responsible in particular for the following tasks:
- Administration of the foundation's assets in accordance with the articles of association
- Decisions on the use of funds for the fulfillment of the foundation's purpose
- Recording of the foundation's assets as well as its income and expenditures
- Presentation of an annual financial statement with an overview of the measures supported
- Report on the fulfillment of the foundation's purpose to the foundation authority
- Notification of any change in the composition of the board of directors to the foundation authority
- Notification of changes to the articles of association, cooperation with other foundations and authorities
